Privacy stays on your device.

Scope Deposit Ledger is designed to work without an account, analytics, or cloud database.

What the app stores

Job names, client names, deposit amounts, scope allocations, notes, license tokens, and preferences are stored in your browser’s IndexedDB or local storage. They do not leave your device unless you export a file or verify a license.

Exports and deletion

CSV, PDF, and JSON files are created locally and go wherever you choose to save or share them. Delete a job inside the app to remove that record. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes every local record; make a JSON backup first if you need to keep them.

License verification

If you buy or restore Unlimited, the license token is sent to the Sociobot billing API no more than once per day to check whether it is active. Checkout is hosted by Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record, under their applicable privacy terms. This app does not receive your card details.

Tracking and network use

There are no advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, third-party fonts, or runtime tracking scripts. The service worker requests this site’s own files so the ledger can work offline.
