By using Scope Deposit Ledger, you agree to use it as a factual project record and to check the underlying agreements and figures yourself.

What this tool is

The app records how a deposit or retainer is allocated to scope items and whether each amount is held, earned, or returned. It is not an invoice, receipt, escrow account, general ledger, tax filing service, legal opinion, or accounting advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for accurate entries, backups, client sharing, tax treatment, record retention, and compliance in your jurisdiction. No tax is calculated or implied. Review exports before relying on them.

One-time Unlimited license

Unlimited costs $29 as a one-time purchase and removes the three-job limit. Core accessibility, offline use, and data exports remain free. Checkout and refunds are handled by Sociobot/Dodo as merchant of record. Refunds revoke the license. A license may be restored on another device with its token.

Availability and data

The app is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Local browser storage can be erased by browser settings, device loss, or private browsing; use the included JSON backup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for lost records, financial decisions, or indirect damages.

Fair use

Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass license verification. These terms may change for future versions; the dated version shown here applies to this release.
